Last year, the Bert Show on Q100 FM (Atlanta GA) launched their "BIG THANK YOU" for military personell. They collected over 350,000 handwritten thank you letters and delivered then to any service man or woman stationed outside the US.
This year, due to the red tape involved with the letters, they have launched a website (below) The new goal is to collect 1,051,200 messages by Thanksgiving Day. Each message will be posted on the site and when the goal is reached one message will be flashed every 30 seconds... for an entire year. Our service men and women will be a click away from your thoughts and appreciation.
The messages are limited to 160 characters, so this only takes a few seconds. Think of it this way... it'll take about a minute to leave 4 messages - one for each branch of the military.
